When will I recieve my order? TOP
Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days or less, if it is in stock, if it is not in stock, please give us 5-7 business days to ship your order. If for some reason the item you ordered is on backorder or discontinued, we will provide you with options for a suitable substitute. If no suitable substitute can be found for your item you have the option to cancel your order for that item.
If your order includes personalization or is a custom designed item such as CoCo designs, it may take between1-2 weeks to process and ship, due to our quality control standards.
What are the shipping costs? TOP
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. A flat rate of $5.00 is charged your first 3 items, $11.00 for 4-6 items, and $14.00 for more than 6 items. However, if your order can fit into one of the smaller boxes, I will refund the overage of your shipping costs for the actual costs. However, other items may have varied shipping costs due to the size and weight of the items ordered. Please contact me if you have any questions before ordering.
How do I pay? TOP
Website orders require a credit card; you will be directed to paypal to continue with checkout. You do not need a paypal account, look on the left of the login and you will see "pay without paypal account." We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay by check, place your order through CourtsCollection@yahoo.com or call directly (985)703-0074 and speak to Courtney. We will process the order once we receive your check.
What is your Returns Policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we’ll accept product returns on most non-personalized products in as-new condition within 30 days. Contact us by email in advance to discuss the circumstances of the return and receive instructions. We hope you’ll understand that all sales are final on personalized items. If for some reason a mistake in spelling is done on our part, you will recieve a new corrected item. However, we cannot be responsible for incorrect spellings on the order form. Please double check for accuracy before you checkout.
As always we stand behind what we sell 100%, if for any reason you feel that the quality of our workmanship was not up to par; please contact me and we can discuss and resolve the problem.
How do I wash my embroidered item? TOP
All baby items can be washed and dried however, please take special care with your embroidered item. Shirts and other clothing items should be washed inside out on a gentle cycle unless specified otherwise in the garment. Use caution when washing your items with other clothing etc. that have buttons, zippers or anything else that could snag the embroidery. Court's Collection is not responsible for damage to the products by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Gift Certificates? TOP
Gift Certificates are available and can be purchased online. If you would like your gift certificated to specify the item such as a "Spa Gift Set," please email us at CourtsCollection@yahoo.com or throught the contact us page.
Can my order be shipped as a gift to someone else? TOP
Yes, we can custom design your items, gift wrap and ship for you. Please contact us for more information, additional fees may apply.
